Prior to the original owner selling this business they would have errand 5 stars. The business was sold this summer. The people that they sold it to no CLUE how to run this business. The quality of the food has not diminished HOWEVER the new owners have NO customer service skills .NONE. What they do have is plenty of excuses, no phone skills ( at least half of their business is delivery) and they have no clue where you live ! and what do you know a price increase since the new owner took over..This store also sells lottery.and has sit down service. My suggestion :The manager needs to manage. Spend the money and hire someone to get the deliveries out ,Hire and pay someone who knows how to work the computer system and the phones at the same time. You'll chased all your good people away and you will never get another delivery order from me. I might do a walk in one day but don't look for me anytime too soon.

Since moving to the Philly area from metro New York I have been unable to find a good NY style pizza until I was fortunate enough to find Bob's Pizzeria in Upper Darby. It can compete with a good slice from any corner pizzeria in NY. Will visit again.

This is the closest pizza to our house, so for that reason we love it. The service is good, the pizza is good, and their prices are reasonable. They deliver which is great, but their pick up is super fast as well. They are not open on Sundays. A large cheese pizza is $10.

I love Bob's...they are my dinner fall back option. My boys love their honey bbq wings. I typically get a pproni stromboli. They have a typical pizzeria menu. I usually run in there for lotto too.

Horrible phone skills!!! Don't even bother! I spent 8 minutes on the phone to order 1 pizza, some wings and a two liter.... 8 minutes! I have never canceled an order before because someone on the other end wasn't able to take an order!! Just don't even make the call...
